By accessing and using our services, you agree to adhere to the current Terms & Conditions and acknowledge that you have read and understood the content of this disclaimer.

1. Tickets purchased at the event are for single entry only on the day of purchase unless otherwise stated. Online tickets must be presented on the day of entry; SMART phone presentation is acceptable, and printing is not required.

2. All attractions are weather-dependent and may close for safety reasons at any time without notice or refund.

3. All attractions have individual height and weight restrictions to cater to everyone.

4. No refunds will be given at any time for any reason. Date changes are not permitted once booked unless a session is cancelled due to extreme weather.

5. All patrons ride at their own risk. The venue host or the inflatable fun park takes no responsibility for injury. By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge the risk and accept all liability for personal safety and the safety of children under your supervision.

6. Follow the safety signs located in the park. Non-compliance may result in ejection without a refund.

7. An accident and injury waiver, including a COVID-19 acknowledgment, must be completed before using the fun park.

8. Spectators are permitted with a spectator ticket but cannot use any activities. Spectators can enjoy the bistro and bar area.

9. Activation areas open at 10:00 am, with doors opening at 9:30 am. They close 15 minutes before the session ends.

10. The Sports Zone will not be operating on Saturdays due to shared facilities. The Water Zone will open as normal (varies by venue). Nerf is played in the sports zone.

11. Children under 12 must be accompanied by a paying adult in the fun park at all times (1:3 ratio). Children under 5 must be accompanied by a paying adult at all times (1:1 ratio).

12. Once capacity is reached, no more entrants will be allowed. You may enjoy the atmosphere as a spectator.

13. During peak hours, patrons may be rotated through the main water area with allotted times for activities.

14. The fun zone is a high-risk area; play at your own risk. No liability is taken by TAS Inflatable Fun Park or the venue hosts.

15. In the event of a global pandemic, weather catastrophe, or other issues preventing operation, bookings will be honoured with a rebooking at the next earliest convenience. No refunds will be given, but gift vouchers for the purchased amount will be issued if rebooking is not possible.

16. Promotions are redeemable only with a full-paying ticket. Free tickets received through promotions are activated after or with a full-paying ticket.

17. By purchasing a ticket, you agree that photos and videos may be taken and used for promotional purposes via our website, social media, and other marketing forms.

18. The onsite café is a third party and may not be operational on certain dates. Customers will be notified of closures via email. BYO is permitted if the café is closed, but you must take your rubbish with you.

19. Free tickets are redeemable by the individual only, with public social media profiles. They are non-transferable and cannot be used with other promotions. Proof of competition entry may be required. Free tickets are redeemable only with a full-paying customer.

20. No outside food and drinks are allowed. The venue has an onsite bistro with a selection of food and drinks.

21. Private bookings or pre-booked activities are non-refundable for any reason. In case of extreme weather cancellation, rebooking will be offered at the next earliest convenience.

22. Adhere to current government guidelines to minimise COVID-19 risk. Vaccinations will be checked upon entry. Non-compliance will result in denial of entry.

23. We reserve the right to postpone or move any session, with notification via email.

24. If your session is postponed, moved, or cancelled, you will be notified via email and/or social media. Please follow our Facebook page for updates.

25. Any child under 10 not being supervised will face ejection from the zone or park if non-supervision persists.

26. In case of overcrowding, entry to specific equipment or areas may be delayed.

27. By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and accept all risks and liability, indemnifying Inflatable Fun Park, its partners, and contractors. You must sign a disclaimer to enter. If you do not accept, please do not attend.

28. Acknowledge and accept current government regulations regarding vaccination and public exposure. Non-compliance will result in denial of entry.

29. Tickets are non-transferable across different venues.

30. Each venue has different attractions. It is your responsibility to check available attractions before booking.

31. Some venues operate hourly tickets, including a five-minute safety brief and five minutes to vacate your session, giving fifty minutes of playtime.

32. Parents must accompany children under 10 as per our safe water play strategy. Children under 5 must be accompanied on a 1:1 basis, children 5-9 on a 3:1 basis. Children over 10 must have an adult on site, with spectator tickets available for adults not participating.

33. Changes to bookings may require an admin fee of AUD $15.00 or GBP £9.95.

34. Unlimited tickets are subject to fair usage. You must present your pass at each entry. Admission may be denied if the park is at capacity. We reserve the right to cancel passes without refund for dishonesty or inappropriate usage.

35. No refunds. Any awarded or agreed credit notes will be honoured as gift cards, which do not expire and can be used in our online store or for tickets. All refunds and gift cards will be processed minus any banking/transactional fees.

36. For safety and insurance purposes, you must purchase a pair of Inflatable Fun Park grip socks. If you already have a pair of our grip socks, you may use them - as long as the grip on the socks has not worn away. We reserve the right to ask you purchase a new pair, if your existing pair are to worn and/or damaged

37. Our venues often have private booking areas, these areas are not for public use regardless if they are empty. Please respect that. You will be asked to leave if you do not have a valid booking.

38. Our membership option has a fair usage policy. You are allowed to attend 1 session per day, up to 4 days per week.
