At Inflatable Fun Park, we strive to ensure that our customers have a positive experience. However, we maintain a strict no-refund policy as outlined in our terms and conditions.

No Refunds

1. Non-Refundable Tickets:

   • Tickets purchased at the event are for single entry on the day of purchase and are non-refundable.

   • Tickets purchased online must be presented on the day of entry and are also non-refundable.

   • No refunds will be given at any time for any reason. No date changes are permitted once booked, unless a session is cancelled due to extreme weather.

2. Private Bookings and Pre-Booked Activities:

   • Any private bookings or pre-booked activities are non-refundable for any reason. In the rare case of extreme weather cancellation, we will offer a rebooking at the next earliest convenience.

3. Extreme Weather and Safety Closures:

   • All attractions are weather-permitted and may be closed for safety at any time without notice or refund. In the event of a global pandemic, weather catastrophe, or any other issue preventing Inflatable Fun Park from operating, we will honour bookings and allow a rebooking at the next earliest convenience. No refunds are permitted, and if a rebooking cannot be completed, we will issue a gift voucher to the value of the purchased amount.

4. Unlimited Tickets:

   • Unlimited tickets are subject to a fair usage policy. We reserve the right to cancel any unlimited passes without refund should we suspect any dishonesty or inappropriate usage.

Exceptions

1. Extreme Weather Cancellation:

   • If a session is cancelled due to extreme weather, we will notify customers via email and/or social media and offer a rebooking at the next earliest convenience.

2. Rebooking and Gift Cards:

   • If you are awarded or we agree to issue a credit note, all credit notes will be honoured in the form of gift cards. Gift cards do not expire and can be used in our online store or to purchase tickets to any of our attractions. All refunds and gift cards will be processed minus any banking/transactional fees.

Additional Terms

1. Changes to Bookings:

   • Any changes made to bookings may require an admin fee of AUD $15.00 or GBP £9.95.

2. Promotions and Free Tickets:

   • Free tickets are redeemable by the individual only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer. Promotions are only redeemable when used alongside a full-paying ticket.

3. Venue-Specific Policies:

   • Please note that each venue may have different attractions and operational hours. It is your responsibility to check what attractions are available before booking your ticket. Tickets are non-transferable between venues.

4. Covid-19 Guidelines:

   • We will enforce any guidelines set by the local government regarding Covid-19, including vaccination checks upon entry. No one will be permitted access if they do not comply with these guidelines.
